Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize scalable backend logic using NodeJS
- Integrate front-end components with server-side applications
- Design and implement high-performance, low-latency systems
- Ensure secure, efficient, and reusable backend code
- Handle data integration from various sources and systems
- Contribute to database schema design and API creation
- Implement authentication and authorization solutions
- Collaborate with global teams across multiple platforms and brands
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in backend development using NodeJS
- Experience with TypeScript is a plus
- Solid grasp of asynchronous programming, Express, RESTful services
- Familiarity with front-end tech like HTML5 and CSS3
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture
- Proficient with Git and automated testing frameworks
- Knowledge of multiple data storage solutions including MySQL, key-value stores, and blob stores
- Exposure to scalable application design and cross-platform delivery
