Job Description

We are Hiring for the Role of Sr.Operation Executive.(Contractual Role).

Role: Sr. Operation Executive

Job Type: Full Time Contract

CTC Upto: 4LPA

Location: Bangalore

Mandatory Skills

Graduate with good Operations understanding with at least 2 years of experience.

Strong analytically, co-ordination, interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills with an eye for detail.

Ability to understand and implement strong process and governance frameworks keeping in mind both short term and long term objectives of the organization.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Ability to multi-task and work independently and as a team

Desirable Skills

Experience in managing vendors

Job Description

Senior Executive- Operations (Marketplace)

Stakeholder management.
Onboarding of new sellers to inventory model of FA.
Own the terms of business with the vendor - products, returns, ordering, etc
Inventory management - scheduling of stocks, ensuring inwards and go-live.
Capacity planning - working with KAM (Key Account Managers) to work on space across warehouses as per the customer demand.
Effective communication & coordination with stakeholders.
Proficient in MS Excel
Ability to connect with people across teams &levels
Strong bias for Action - Flipkart works at a very rapid pace
