Ensure customer satisfaction by flawlessly executing orders and maintaining seamless communication.
Manage customer orders from receipt to completion, serving as the main point of contact.
Achieve project targets for lead time, scope, cost, and quality.
Orchestrate all order-related activities across functional teams, providing leadership.
Sign contractual documents within defined limits.
Lead internal and external communication to align teams and keep customers updated on project status, changes, and deliverables.
Clarify technical details and negotiate new offers directly with customers, supported by specialist departments.
Lead change management for technical or delivery schedule adjustments.
Monitor project KPIs, conduct gate reviews, and escalate issues when necessary.
Manage all project documentation and ensure data quality in ERP and project management tools.
Conduct meetings (internal/external) and support customer visits.
Independently manage claims to prevent or protect against customer issues.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 5 to 8 years of professional Projects Management experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Communicate within and across teams and can lead, keep track of and prioritize between multiple projects
