Position - Channel Sales Manager

Experience- 0.6 Months to 5 Years

CTC - 3 Lpa to 4 Lpa + Allowances+ Incentives

Location - Delhi NCR, Ghaziabad, Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon,

Qualification - Degree in Reputed College

Age - Below 35

Minimum more than 1 year of experience in Direct sales or Insurance sales or Agents hiring were eligible for this Role

Key Responsibilities

* Recruiting Agents

* Assigning Works to Agents.

* Guide Them to do a business

* Analyzing their performance.

* Document the customers who were acquired by agents.

Skills

* Team Leading

* Good convincing and negotiation skills

* Good communication skills in English or local language

* Good interpersonal skill

* Computer Skills - MS Office
