Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruitment life cycle for IT and non-IT roles.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, internal database, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, assess candidate qualifications, and conduct initial telephonic/video screenings.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring teams to understand requirements and provide timely hiring support.
- Track and manage candidates through the ATS or internal hiring tools.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
