Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle the complete recruitment life cycle for IT and non-IT roles.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, internal database, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, assess candidate qualifications, and conduct initial telephonic/video screenings.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring teams to understand requirements and provide timely hiring support.
  • Track and manage candidates through the ATS or internal hiring tools.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
