Job Description
Job Title: Assistant Manager Human Resources
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 4-6 Years
Industry: BPO / KPO / Shared Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HR operations for a BPO unit, including onboarding, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
- Drive and manage bulk hiring with a focus on voice and non-voice processes.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Handle employee grievances, conduct investigations, and support disciplinary actions.
- Manage HRMS data and ensure timely updates of employee records.
- Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and MIS for leadership review.
- Drive retention, R&R, and employee engagement programs to boost morale and performance.
- Support compliance audits and ensure labor law adherence.
- Coach and guide a small HR team or executive-level staff.
Key Requirements:
- Mandatory BPO experience in a core HR generalist or HRBP role.
- Proven ability in handling large teams and fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools, Excel, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
