Job Description

1. Technical Expertise in D365 F&O Development

• Demonstrated proficiency in X++ development, extensions, customizations, and integrations within D365 F&O.
• Familiarity with the development environment (Visual Studio, LCS, Azure DevOps).

2. Experience with D365 F&O Architecture and Frameworks

• Strong understanding of the D365 F&O data model, framework architecture, and application stack.
• Experience working with Finance, Supply Chain, or other functional modules is a plus.

3. Integration and Data Migration Skills

• Ability to develop and maintain integrations using OData, RESTful APIs, Data Entities, and custom services.
• Experience with data migration tools like Data Management Framework (DMF) and Dual-write.

4. Solution Design and Customization

• Proven ability to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and documenting customizations/extensions following best practices.

5. Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking

• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues related to performance, integration, or data integrity.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment.

6. Communication and Stakeholder Management

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants and business stakeholders.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers or team members.
