Position - Capital Market Helpdesk Support(Customer service Voice  process)


Requirement: Mandatory: Qualification: Graduate (B.COM, BMS, BAF desirable) NISM

Certification 8 or 12 Desirable Knowledge of Dialers & CRM will an added advantage Excellent communication and presentation skills .


Job Description

  • Mandatory basic knowledge of Primary, Equity and Derivative segment of capital Market.
  • Should be able to respond to Member, Dealer and Investor over calls in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Should have decent Written and verbal communication skill.
  • Query solving capability.
  • Keep the track of pending queries/issues and Coordinate with multiple department/team to resolve the issues before TAT.
  • Understand the process of business teams and provide the solution to customers (Trading Members).
  • Should have handled end to end process.
  • Should be updated with the changes, new products, circulars and guideline given by Exchange.
  • Good knowledge of Excel to prepare various MIS and Reports.
  • New initiative and value addition will be an added advantage to the project.

Location- BKC (Mumbai)
Experience- 1+ Years
Education-Graduation is mandatory
Mode- Work from Office
Interview Mode- Face to Face
Notice Period- Immediate only to 15 Days
NISM 8 or 12 Certification is preferred.
Working Days- 5 to 6 days  including weekends.
Note- Only who has experience in Banking securities and Financial Services, trading background can apply.
