Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented C# Developer with up to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. Youll play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing scalable, high-performance systems. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, global environment where youll collaborate with both technical and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance backend systems with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate with global teams across technology and business functions to deliver quality solutions
- Participate in the full development lifecycle including planning, development, testing, deployment, and support
- Troubleshoot and provide support for existing applications in production
- Contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing
- Drive improvements through automation and modern tooling
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of C# and server-side programming principles
- Hands-on experience in building robust applications using .NET technologies
- Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., Angular, React, or Knockout)
- Solid understanding and experience in working with SQL / PL SQL databases
- Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns, with the ability to apply them appropriately
- Exposure to Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP
- Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI) practices
- A strong sense of ownership, innovation, and commitment to quality
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex business and technical problems
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Experience mentoring junior developers and working closely with senior engineers.
