Job Location: Bangalore/Chennai/Mumbai

Required skills for Settlement Operations- L7 - Bangalore/Chennai
Looking for candidates who has exposure in working with/for Investment Banking clients
End to end exposure in managing Settlements Operations (Fixed, Equity, Trade)
Should have managed a team of 50+ FTEs
Shifts should be flexible till 3 AM
Strong communication & executive presence
Required Skills for Transformation role L7 Mumbai/Bangalore
Experience in Project Management, Business Analysis , transformation, Change Management from Investment Banking(Settlements) Domain
Someone who is good with Dashboards, PPT Presentation, Lean Methodologies etc.
He will be repository of all projects, detailed understanding of documentation, keeping track of costing, resources, capacity modelling, Stakeholder Engagement.
Understand client driven requirements. User/client driven changes, improve, Optimize the system.
As a Business analyst understand how to articulate requirement, also understand rational behind, benefit from requirement if implemented .
Understand String Sessions, Test Cases , Runbook , Test manager etc
