Position Name ELT Content Editor
Job Location Remote
Education: A strong academic background in English, Mass Communication (or Journalism), Education and Pedagogy, English Language Teaching (ELT), or Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE).
- Experience: 4-5 years of progressive experience in children's book publishing, ELT teaching, ELT content development, foundational literacy programs, or pedagogy and curriculum development.
- Content Expertise: Demonstrated ability to expertly assess, curate, and create engaging and effective children's educational content.
- Language Proficiency: Exceptional written and oral English language and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and pedagogical accuracy.
- Technical Aptitude: Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to technical processes within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Collaboration & Initiative: A highly collaborative mindset with a strong sense of initiative, thriving in a dynamic and agile team setting.
- Tools Proficiency: Proficient in working with Google Workspace tools (e.g., Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Preferred Qualifications: High written and spoken proficiency in a second language such as Spanish, Portuguese, Urdu, Arabic, Thai, Bahasa, or Filipino.
- Experience working with international markets and understanding diverse cultural content needs
