Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute CRM strategies aligned with business goals to improve customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Manage CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) to ensure smooth operation and data integrity.
- Segment customer data and create targeted marketing campaigns based on customer behavior and preferences.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM activities and enhance customer journeys.
- Analyze CRM data and campaign performance to derive actionable insights and optimize efforts.
- Oversee the automation of communication workflows, including email marketing, SMS, and push notifications.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with IT for system upgrades and troubleshooting.
- Train and mentor junior team members on CRM best practices and tools.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in all CRM activities.
