Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute CRM strategies aligned with business goals to improve customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
Manage CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) to ensure smooth operation and data integrity.
Segment customer data and create targeted marketing campaigns based on customer behavior and preferences.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM activities and enhance customer journeys.
Analyze CRM data and campaign performance to derive actionable insights and optimize efforts.
Oversee the automation of communication workflows, including email marketing, SMS, and push notifications.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with IT for system upgrades and troubleshooting.
Train and mentor junior team members on CRM best practices and tools.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in all CRM activities.
