Job Description
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives.
- Design and deliver targeted marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CRM metrics.
- Foster strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and support.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in CRM management, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
