Position: Technical Consultant (HRSD)

Location: Malaysia
Experience: 4+ years on ServiceNow platform

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules including HRSD, Case Management, and Integrations.
• Implement workflows, catalog items, and custom applications as needed.
• Collaborate with functional teams for solutioning and issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development (Flow designer, Script Includes, UI Policies).
• Experience with Integration Hub, REST APIs, and data modeling.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory); Implementation Specialist preferred.
