Job Description
Job Title: Senior Manager Corporate Fundraising
Location: Mumbai, Bangalore & Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Summary:
ImpactGuru Foundation (IGF) is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager Corporate Fundraising to lead resource mobilization efforts. The role involves building and nurturing high-value relationships with corporates, foundations, and multilateral organizations, while also driving innovative fundraising strategies. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to create impactful partnerships and contribute towards IGFs mission of enabling social change.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Fundraising & Partnerships:
- Lead fundraising initiatives across corporate, foundation, multilateral, government, and alumni channels.
- Build a robust pipeline of funding partners and ensure long-term engagement.
- Collaborate with the Director to leverage IGFs ecosystem for fundraising opportunities.
- Design and implement partner engagement strategies to drive renewals, upgrades, and deeper collaborations.
- Oversee all aspects of strategic partnerships including campaign planning, execution, and impact reporting.
2. Events & Campaigns:
- Organize high-impact fundraising events such as seminars, conferences, concerts, and charity drives.
- Support campaign creation with partners and ensure success through coordination with marketing and content teams.
- Develop large-scale campaigns with measurable social impact.
3. Due Diligence & Compliance:
- Conduct thorough due diligence on partners and individual campaign creators to ensure legal and ethical compliance.
- Ensure proper documentation, MoUs, and legal agreements with all stakeholders.
4. Communication & Reporting:
- Manage internal and external communications related to fundraising efforts.
- Ensure timely delivery of feedback and impact reports to donors and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams like Finance, Program, and Impact to align partner expectations and reporting.
Desired Profile:
- Proven track record in corporate fundraising, partnerships, or donor engagement.
- Subject matter expertise in multilateral/foundation fundraising is a plus.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of compliance and legal frameworks related to fundraising is preferred.
