Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for analyzing the original status of the project.
- Assigned to find the project delayed status and responsible for fixing the
- breakdowns. Preparing engineering plans, protocols, specifications and cost
- estimates.
- Preparing of Mobilization Plan & Organization Chart and Mobilize the Staff, manpower
- and Materials.
- Analysing The Material Stock and order the Material in Proper time.
- Preparation of project Schedule in (Microsoft Excel).
- Preparation of Weekly, Monthly, Annual Backlog and Recovery
- Schedule and Mile Stone Activities &gather the actual site
- condition.
- Preparation of Rate Analysis & Comparing with the Actual R.A Bill
- Flow. Comparing The Daily, weekly, Monthly Progress Backlogs.
- Daily Drawing Updating, drawing Correspondence Handling &
- Distribution. Client Correspondence (Mails & Letters) Maintaining &
- Clearing of NCR.
- If Project delayed Submitting the Proper Reason Document and Get EOT (Extension
- of TIME) to Avoid the LD Charge.
- If material Cost Increase hand over proper documentation Authority and get rate
- approval from Clients.
- Collecting the practical difficulties of the project from Site engineers and submit to the
- project Manager.
- Preparing of Planned Vs Achieved programmed and bill details for Conducting the
- Meeting to H.O &Client office for every week & Month.
- Preparing L2 schedules to complete the work at site.
- Making Billing of Every Month to Customer and verifying the bills of Subcontractors
Preferred candidate profile
- Must have Diploma /BE /B.Tech/ ME/M. Tech Electrical and Electronics Engineering ( EEE) with 5 - 10 years experience.
- Must have experience in 220Kv/400Kv GIS Substation.
