Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Location: Sashtri Nagar


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at

Shiprocket . The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating B2B sales,

onboarding wholesalers, and growing our retail logistics business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients, including wholesalers and retailers.
  • Conduct field visits in and around Sashtri Nager to promote our logistics services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Achieve sales targets by pitching our services and negotiating deals.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to enhance sales strategies.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support for customers.
  • Work closely with the store team to optimize service offerings.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-5 years in field sales, preferably in logistics, courier, or B2B retail.
  • Education: Minimum Graduation; a degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Other: Own two-wheeler is preferred for field visits.
