Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AEM Developer to join our digital experience team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions to power our web platforms. As a senior member, you will lead development efforts, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices in AEM architecture and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AEM solutions, components, templates, and workflows.
- Implement headless CMS capabilities using AEM and integrate with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
- Customize and extend AEM core components and Adobe product integrations.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences.
- Optimize performance, ensure SEO best practices, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
- Work with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated deployments.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in AEM development (Adobe Experience Manager 6.x or later).
- Strong knowledge of AEM architecture, Sling, JCR, OSGi, and HTL (Sightly).
- Experience with Java, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience in using and customizing AEM core components and templates.
- Familiarity with Adobe I/O Runtime, AEM as a Cloud Service, and integrations with Adobe Target, Analytics, or Commerce.
- Experience with tools such as Maven, Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, and JIRA.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead and mentor a development team.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
