Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets in mortgage loans.
Conduct field sales visits to meet with potential clients and close deals.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and industry events.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
