Job Description
Position - TIBCO Developer
Experience - 5+ yrs
Location - Bangalore
Notice Period - Immediate - 30 days
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing end to end integration solutions with TIBCO BW, EMS.
- Familiarity with JSON, XML and Web Services. Expert in XPATH.
- Practical experience in application security such as SSL Certificates, cryptography.
- Practical experience in synchronous, asynchronous JMS communication as well as SOAP and REST.
- Practical experience in TIBCO Administrator, Hawk and scripting tools provided by TIBCO (buildear, appmanage, etc.,)
- Excellent in designing and developing CPU + Memory efficient apps on TIBCO BW along with failover scenarios.
- Excellent in SSL Certificates, communicate protocols such as JMS, REST, SOAP, TCP etc.
- Excellent knowledge on XSD, XML to JSON, JSON to XML conversation methods.
- Daily usage of common shell scripting, comfortable to work on *nix OS.
- Always thinking with CI/CD principles, and actively involved in solving, troubleshooting issues in distributed services ecosystem.
- Knowledge on Java, and able to provide solutions including Java methods in TIBCO BW applications.
- Proved adherence to software development lifecycle. Excellent level on GIT.
Functional Skills:
- Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices.
- Experience in Banking/Financial domain is highly desired.
- Experience in Agile methodology.
- Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization.
- Hava a mindset of always improvement, research for best possible solution.
Soft Skills:
- Should be excellent in communication, should have positive attitude towards work and should be eager to learn new things.
- Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization.
- Should have excellent interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to senior management in IT and Business alike.
