Job Title: FP&A Analyst/Sr. Analyst
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in finance or accounting, strong analytical skills, and a passion for driving business insights through data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Conduct variance analysis, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to management.
- Support the development of financial models to forecast company performance and guide strategic decisions.
- Reporting & Data Analysis:
- Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data for analysis and reporting.
- Strategic Support:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Provide analytical support for business cases, capital expenditure proposals, and other strategic initiatives.
- Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required by senior management.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement improvements in financial processes, reporting systems, and data management.
- Support the automation of routine financial tasks and reports to enhance efficiency.
