Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Desktop Support Engineer:

•       Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
•       Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, escalate complex issues when necessary, and follow up with users to ensure resolution.
•       Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
•       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.

Service Desk Engineer:

•       Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related incidents and requests.
•       Provide remote support to end-users, including troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
•       Log all service desk interactions, prioritize incidents based on their impact and urgency, and escalate problems as required.
•       Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective resolutions.

Helpdesk Engineer:

•       Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, primarily through phone, email, or remote assistance tools.
•       Resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
•       Assist in the deployment and maintenance of IT assets, including computers, peripherals, and software installations.
•       Maintain accurate records of support activities and ensure timely issue resolution.
