Job Description
- The role of Associate Relationship Manager-Group in the Retail Banking-Rural Banking division under the function of Rural Sales is to deepen relationships with Rural Banking accounts and provide excellent service to customers. You will work closely with the Relationship Manager to identify potential customers, convert opportunities, and manage Joint Liability Groups effectively. Your responsibilities include mapping household needs, conducting end-user checks post loan disbursal, generating new revenue sources through cross-selling, and enhancing liabilities business in Rural markets. You will be expected to achieve sales targets, maintain high collections efficiency, ensure compliance with bank regulations, and contribute to the implementation of community development initiatives. Your main responsibilities will involve managing zoning activities, achieving loan booking targets, assessing client needs for cross-selling, generating leads for liabilities business, maintaining sales goals, ensuring accurate documentation, monitoring data entry processes, conducting field audits, and gathering market intelligence. You will also be required to recommend process improvements, support livelihood advancement programs, and participate in community development initiatives. The key success metrics for this role include meeting customer acquisition and cross-sell targets. To qualify for this position, you need a Bachelor's degree in any stream and 0-2 years of relevant branch banking experience.,
