Job Description:
We are seeking a skilledPythonDeveloperwithexpertise inDjango, Flask, and API developmentto join our growing team. ThePythonDeveloperwill be responsible for designing and implementing backend services, APIs,
and integrations that power our core platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation inPythonprogramming, experiencewithDjangoand/or Flask frameworks, and a proven track record of delivering robust and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs usingPythonframeworks such asDjangoand Flask.
Collaboratewithfront-enddevelopers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between our applications and external services.
Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in backend services and APIs.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address identified vulnerabilities.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security through efficient code and system design.
Implement unit tests and automated testing frameworks to ensure code quality and reliability.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire stack, from backend to front-end interfaces.
Stay updatedwithindustry trends and best practices inPythondevelopment and web technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
5+ years of professional experience as aPythonDeveloper,witha focus on backend development.
Solid understanding of web development principles and best practices.
Proficiency inPythonprogramming language and its frameworks such asDjangoand/or Flask.
Experiencewithdesigning and developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
Familiaritywithfront-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular is a plus.
Strong understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), ORM libraries, and data modeling.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
