Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced 3B2 Composer to join our publishing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in working with the 3B2 composition software to produce high-quality typeset documents for print and digital publications. This role is crucial in ensuring our content is professionally formatted, consistent, and aligned with publishing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use 3B2 composition software to create and format high-quality page layouts and typeset documents for various publishing projects.
  
• Collaborate with editors, designers, and content creators to ensure content is accurately and beautifully typeset.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve layout issues, formatting problems, and software-related bugs.
  
• Maintain and update templates, style sheets, and formatting standards within the 3B2 environment.
  
• Convert and integrate complex documents including tables, images, and equations into the final composed output.
  
• Ensure consistency and adherence to publishing standards, style guides, and project specifications.
  
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced publishing environment.
  
• Provide technical support and training to junior compositors or team members as needed.
  
• Stay updated on latest industry trends and best practices related to 3B2 and publishing workflows.
