ARCS consultant with min 8 yrs experience
Expertise in both Reconciliation Compliance & Transaction matching including:
Configuration and maintenance of reconciliation profiles and formats.
Creation of rules, templates, and organizational units.
Assignment of workflows (preparer/approver), variance thresholds, and due dates.
Integration with ERP systems for automated data loading.
Managing compliance tracking, audit trails, and certifications.
Hands-on experience in Transaction Matching, including:
Designing and maintaining matching rules and data sources.
Implementing one-to-one, many-to-one, and many-to-many match types.
Managing exception handling, adjustments, and variance investigations.
Monitoring daily transaction loads and match process performance.
Proficient in using Data Management, EPM Automate, and batch automation for process optimization.
Strong understanding of period-end close activities, reconciliation reporting, and issue resolution
