Minimum 56% marks in 10th & 12th.

A graduate or post graduate degree with at least 9 months of relevant experience (preferred).

MBA holders with 9+ months experience also encouraged to apply.

What Youll Be Doing:

1. Be an individual contributor with a proactive approach.

2. Build and manage strong client relationships over calls/video chats.

3. Ensure clients are using and benefitting from IndiaMARTs services.

4. Keep product/service listings accurate and updated.

5. Resolve client concerns quickly & effectively.

6. Support the field team to meet revenue and client retention goals.
