Job Description

We are currently looking for Project Lead in RPA for our leading MNC Client(Captive center) in Bangalore.

Skills required:

5+ years in Finance & Accounting/Business Process Engineering with RPA (UiPath).

Project Management/Consulting experience is an advantage

Mandatory Skills:

RPA (UiPath), Finance & Accounting domain experience

Roles andResponsibilities

Identify automation opportunities and translate them back to developers

Collaborate with business subject matter experts to assess business processes and identify opportunities for process automation that increase efficiencies and reduce operational risk
Assess change requests and feasibility of implementation
Design implementable technical solutions that leverage process automation technologies and preparation of high-level process documentation
Develop requirement specifications and user acceptance testing strategies for identified robotics solutions

Support RPA Manager in driving automation program within Finance unit

Take lead in preparation for monthly meeting with Management meetings
Establish and manage the Knowledge Base for Automation and other digitalisation projects
Reporting statuses of ongoing initiatives within digitalisation
