Job Description

We are hiring for frelance HR recruiter

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs.
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to find the best candidates.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules and client-candidate communications.
Provide regular updates and feedback to clients.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate job offers and close hiring processes.

Qualifications

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
