Job Description

  • Ready to relocate to Mumbai or Bangalore, No flexibility in location preference since this involves the Presales Hub management (Ready for occassional travel to either Bangalore or Mumbai
  • Around 7-10 years + of experience involving client interactions, leading client visits, program management in the field of IT
  • Requires program management, facilitation, people management and networking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience on closely working with Sales and Leadership to conceptualize client visit presentation flow and setting up the visit agenda
  • Experience of working in the European markets good to have
  • Customize the visit experience based on the customers problem statement
  • Manage the Hub calendar to ensure no conflicts
  • Knowledge and Collateral Management
  • Work with the content team, practice and delivery team in updating the collateral on a regular basis
  • Knowledge management experience with content creation and management experience is required Hands on experience on collateral management and content mapping based on the client visit agenda
  • Work with the Central Team, Servicelines, BU Hub managers on content creation and updation on a regular basis

Primary Skills:

  • Understanding of Knowledge Management principles and processes
  • Experience in use of Knowledge Management platforms like KM3 and SharePoint
  • Ability to choose the appropriate platform for different types of knowledge requirements
  • Ability to search the knowledge repositories effectively for supporting information requests
  • Good exposure to social media tools and platforms
  • Understanding of key software tools and technologies
  • Excellent communication skills (Oral, Written and Presentation) with fluency in English
  • Ability to work with internal clients and understand their requirements
  • People Management skills and exposure to collaborative work style

Good to Have:

  • Good research skills ability to grasp, analyze/ compare/ contrast large amounts of information
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously balancing project work with high priority requests
  • Understanding of Capgemini organization structure and business
