Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of candidates.
Coordinate with vendors for bulk hiring requirements.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate profiles, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Ensure timely communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records of candidate applications and selection outcomes.
