Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and relationship building with potential clients.
  
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions using product knowledge to drive sales growth.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and payments in CRM software.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by consistently meeting customer expectations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
