Job Description

Candidates must have experience in Auto industries

MIS Reporting, Team management
Maintenance of the Companys Audit program.
Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost.
Completion of Target within the framed time limit.
Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout.
Generating various statutory reports.
Manage and coordinate effective cost control systems
Ensure the completion and submission of statutory compliances.
Supervision of Various claims such as Insurance claims, Warranty claims, Warehouse claims.
Keeping track of Sales and purchase according to the company norms.
Warehouse maintenance.

MANAGEMENT :-

Ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards.
Experience of leading multi-discipline teams and working with external bodies.
Developing and motivating teams to do better.
Always driving for continuous improvement of performance.
Ability to handle emergency situations as they arise.
Good understanding of Humans Resources.
PERSONAL :-
Having a hands on attitude to all work related and managerial issues.
Approachable with a friendly outgoing personality.
Extensive PC skills including MS Word, MS Powerpoint and MS Excel.
Trustworthy and able to work in total confidence.
Ability to work positively with others.
Willingness to learn new skills.
Patient, Logical, passionate and determined when approaching problems.
