Roles and Responsibilities.
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Post job openings on various job boards and social media.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and communication.
- Help prepare recruitment reports and dashboards.
