• Identify and approach potential customers in the open market (field sales).

• Generate leads through cold calling, market visits, and referrals.

• Explain home loan products, features, and benefits to prospective customers.

• Assist clients in completing the loan application and documentation process.

• Follow up with internal departments for loan processing and disbursement.

• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall branch goals.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners.
