Job Description

Greetings from Sutherland Global Service.! We are hiring for International Non-Voice Process. We are looking for Fresher and experienced ( Minimum 2 Years ) candidates who want to build their career in the international domain by having decent verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage customer interactions with professionalism and composure, even in high-pressure situations
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while identifying and anticipating future needs
Apply insights from customer feedback to improve service quality and personal performance
Adapt to evolving processes and confidently handle situations with limited information or changing priorities
Use internal systems and technology tools effectively to assist customers and troubleshoot issues
Handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Build rapport and trust through consistent, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication
Demonstrate a solid understanding of banking products and services to provide accurate and helpful support

Required Candidate profile:

Hiring for Currently Pursuing with distance education (Correspondence).
Highest Qualification + 2/ Graduation not mandatory
Work from Office

Shift timing: - Rotational Night shift with rotational off.
