Job Purpose:

To make impactful and result-driven sales presentations across various settings, stay well-informed about the organization's offerings, convert leads into successful sales and referrals, and consistently meet assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve defined sales targets in a performance-oriented environment

• Prepare pre-sales proposals tailored to prospective clients

• Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations to convert prospects into clients

• Manage customer queries, objections, and conflicts through regular member interactions and meetings

• Identify potential customers and explore new business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with exceptional customer service

• Support new members in booking their first holidays and encourage quality referrals

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in B2C or direct sales roles

• High energy, enthusiasm, and strong execution capability

• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a competitive environment

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Willingness to work 6 days a week with flexibility on weekly offs
