Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service by listening actively, empathizing with customers' concerns, and offering solutions promptly.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-3 years of experience in BPO or call center operations (preferably international voice process).
  • Excellent English language proficiency for effective communication with customers worldwide.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts as per business requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for resolving complex customer queries quickly.
