IPSec VPN interoperability issues. Implementing technical event management / incident handling procedures, incident escalation, and technical investigation when needed.
Suggesting improvements in the operations and processes to make the system full proof.
Rendering technical support / training to clients for resolving critical technical issues.
Knowledge on Lucent Brick, Fortigate, Sonicwall, Checkpoint and Watch guard.
