Job Description

• Must have 12+ years experience in Quality domain
• Certified in Six Sigma black belt
• Knowledge of quality tools/ structures / Process Mapping / SOP creation etc.
• Working experience using QC tools such as Pareto analysis, Fish bone analysis, Control charts etc. Performing RCAs followed with C&P actions
• Has understanding of Lean methodologies and has implementation expertise
• Good working knowledge of Transaction Quality systems, tools and technologies.
• Ability to provide leadership, direction and motivation to build high performing teams.
• Analytical and Quantitative skills
• Possess good analytical and People Management skills
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills
• Ability to drive initiatives to closure.
• Ability to deal with all levels of employees
• Data Handling / data interpretation skills
• Highlevel of maturity to handle people including but not limited to client, stakeholders, peers etc.
• Process Oriented, Planning, Decision making, Data Handling, Ability to prioritize, Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Detail oriented, Strong organizational and Presentation skills
• Fair to advanced knowledge on MS-office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Subject matter knowledge in navigation is preferred
