Job Description
- Role: Customer Support.
- Industry Type- BPO.
- Employment Type-Full Time, Permanent.
- Education Qualification- Any Graduation.
- 5 Days Working (2 Rotational Week Off)
- Pure dayshifts only.
- Handle customer calls and provide information.
- Explaining about products.
- Handling calls related to quires, survey and feedback.
- Handling enquiry and service calls.
- Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.
- Excellent in English and also need good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam & Tamil (Any One Language)
- Min 6 Months of experience can apply.
- Knowledge should be in Banking Process.
- Candidate should be willing to work from office.
- Immediate Joiners preferred.
