Job Description

Experience: 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in sourcing and scheduling candidates for interviews

Employment Mode: Contract (Extension based on performance)

Work Mode: On-site (6 Days a week)

Role & responsibilities:

• Immediate Joiners preferred.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in sourcing, with a strong focus on niche skill sourcing.
• Proficiency in sourcing through platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work from the office.
