UI/UX-Frontend Developer @ Rite Software

Any Graduation/ Engineering Degree (preferably computerscience)/MCA or relevant experience

4-5years hands-on UI/UX design and development in-depth experience with richtemplate-based designs and web design, usability and development best practiceswith HTML, CSS, JavaScript, front-end frameworks (Bootstrap), jQuery,AngularJS, CSS pre-processors (SASS, LESS)

Responsive cross-browser and cross-platform design, mobileexperience, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), color theory,graphic design, mockups and prototyping, testing / debugging and building fromconcept to deployment

Ability to convert static content into engaging interactiveexperiences

Sound experience in content management tools.

Knowledge of web content managementsystems, like Adobe Experience Manager, required

Experience using Git / Bitbucket

Solidgrasp of user-centric design, rapid prototyping, heuristic evaluation,usability and accessibility concerns

Abilityto take decisions and suggest alternatives with the changing priorities

Experienceworking with brand and/or design guidelines

Experiencewith Typescript and static type checking methodologies

Abilityto clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions

Abilityto work effectively in a virtual team setting including synthesizing abstractideas into concrete designs

Excellentanalytical and problem-solving skills

Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills

Abilityto take initiative and interact with all levels of management; self-starter

Goodrelationship building/relationship management skills to establish rapport,trust and confidence with internal marketing and communication teams
