Job Description
- As a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer at Iyaan IT Solutions and Services LLP in Nakodar, Punjab, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of web and mobile applications through meticulous testing processes. With 4 to 5 years of experience in the field, you will play a crucial role in creating and executing detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to identify and document bugs systematically. Your key responsibilities will include conducting manual and automated testing, covering functional, regression, integration, UI, and API testing aspects. You will utilize tools such as Selenium, Postman, TestNG, and JIRA to enhance the efficiency of the testing processes. Collaboration with developers and project managers will be essential to maintain high product quality standards. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of QA methodologies and tools, along with hands-on experience with Selenium, Postman, and bug tracking systems. Additionally, familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, and excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills are required. A willingness to work on-site in Nakodar, Punjab, with no remote options is mandatory for this position. While not mandatory, having experience in performance testing (JMeter), mobile app testing (Android/iOS), or possessing an ISTQB Certification would be advantageous.
