Job Summary:
The Oracle EBS R12 Support Team Member is responsible for providing day-to-day operational support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 applications or Oracle Fusion Financials. This includes troubleshooting issues, performing system enhancements, supporting end-users, and ensuring smooth functioning of financial and associated Applications. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture, and experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management processes.
