SECTION I: ROLE SUMMARY
The role holder is responsible for managing the sales for the suite of Trade , CMS & Capital Markets management across the spectrum of Bank s clients in a select location / region and meeting the agreed revenue targets (liability fee, NII & FX ), and associated through puts acquisition of new to bank clients with a focus to grow the Trade ,CMS & Capital Markets management revenues
SECTION II: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
Core Responsibilities
- Ensuring steady flow of Trade , CMS & Capital Markets management business.
- Ensuring that client servicing is appropriate and consistently maintained at a high level.
- Meeting agreed revenue targets for Trade , CMS & Capital Markets business.
- Meeting agreed targets with respect to new client acquisitions and new to bank clients
- Ensure Cross sell in term of Trade & CMS products
- Formulating and implementing processes for specific CMS & Capital Markets transactions wherever applicable.
- Regularly liaising with internal and external contacts to promote Trade , CMS & Capital Markets business
- Provide necessary MIS / Management update.
- Drive flow business through generation of EEFC balances, digital trade transactions, FDI
- Ensure incremental wallet share with clients on Trade and CMS
- Work with Relationship Managers for credit approvals
- Structured trade/Supply chain solutions to be advised to the client
People Management or Self - Management Responsibilities
- Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are monitored and achieved during the course of the year.
- Undertake training of the relationship teams wherever necessary to promote Trade, CMS & Capital Markets products
Risk and Internal Control Responsibilities
- Follows risk policy and processes to mitigate the operational, regulatory, financial, informational, and reputational and audit risks as instructed by the departmental manager.
- Executes the established internal control systems and compiles relevant information for departmental audits, as necessary.

Clients
- Meeting existing and new set of clients for procuring, deepening relationships for Trade, CMS and Capital markets and thereby enhancing , Trade Fee , NII , FX , Flows , CASA book size.
Vendors/Aggregators
- On - boarding vendors and aggregators with the help of product partners to meet the client s requirements.
SECTION IV: KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
KNOWLEDGE
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in any field
- Master s degree in MBA - Finance / CA is preferred
