Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven CRM Executive to manage and optimize our customer relationship strategies. You will be responsible for executing targeted campaigns, maintaining CRM data accuracy, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CRM system with a focus on data accuracy and segmentation.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and engagement opportunities.
- Plan and execute email, SMS, and push notification campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams on CRM strategies.
- Track and report on key CRM metrics and campaign performance.
- Oversee data imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication.
- Suggest improvements based on CRM trends and best practices.
- Assist in marketing automation and personalized communication workflows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 1 - 3 years of experience with CRM platforms (e.g., MoEngage, WebEngage, CleverTap, Leadsquared).
- Strong skills in Excel and familiarity with reporting tools like Google Analytics.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of marketing automation.
- Experience in campaign execution and customer data segmentation is a plus.
