HR Apprentice - Statutory Compliance @ Capita

Capita is hiring for HR Apprentice - Statutory Compliance for MBA Freshers (Labour Laws)

Job Description:

• Respond to employee and ex-employee queries related to statutory compliance, payroll, Provident Fund (PF), and Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC).
• Assist in processing death benefit settlements through PF/ESIC offices for nominees.
• Approve online PF transfer requests on the EPFO portal.
• Monitor and maintain the e-Nomination status across the organization.
• Process online joint declarations and initiate requests from the employers end when required.
• Coordinate with compliance vendors for ESIC Temporary Identity Card (TIC) issuance.
• Monitor and manage Statutory Compliance Kit for joiners.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Basic understanding of statutory compliance processes (PF, ESIC, etc.) is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• UK shifts
• Saturday and Sunday week-off
• Both way Cab facilities
• Only MBA Freshers / MBA internship experience folks will be considered.
