Role & responsibilities

Primary: AI/ML Model, NLP, LLM, Data Ingestion & Integration,AI-powered

Secondary: CPE modems

Total Exp: 3-12 years

Rel Exp: 3+ years relevant

Scope of Work:

Data Ingestion & Integration
Preprocessing & Feature Engineering
ML/AI Model Development
Implement AI-powered workflows that:

Trigger alerts for anomalous modems or clusters
Suggest most probable root causes with supporting evidence
Enable device grouping by failure signature or pattern similarity.

Dashboard & Tooling

Deliverables:

AI/ML triage engine tailored for CPE modems
Data ingestion and processing pipeline
Root cause and action recommendation engine
Integration with existing systems
Interactive dashboard for issue monitoring and triaging
Model performance reports and tuning guides
User training and documentation
