Job Description

price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
measure and value the work done on site
liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers
understand fluent English and be able understand technical terms and engineering specification for civil construction projects.
cost estimation for all sections of construction projects - including water works, road works and building works.
track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
Carry oversight of ongoing construction projects and to monitor project works for quality and cost - endeavor to keep projects within pre-planned budget and cost.
Responsible to the Seniors
Write Reports

Required Candidate profile

1. The candidate should be graduate in civil engineering with specialization in quantity survey (estimation of cost and quantity) small and large projects.

2. The Candidate should have minimum 4 years related job experience and Maximum 8 years experience

3. The candidate should be able to do cost estimation for all sections of construction projects - including water works, road works and building works.
